What I eat in a day at age 40 after four babies!






In this video, I’m sharing a little bit more about what I eat in a day. I get this question asked a lot, but honestly, it depends. What are your goals? I'm getting ready to do my fourth bikini competition. My goal wasn’t necessarily to drop a lot of weight but to change my body composition. I wanted to add muscle and lean down. I think the biggest thing for me when I’m trying to get big results is to stay consistent. I can’t be good four days out of the week and then have my weekends fall apart. All the little things, in my experience, can and with consistency can give you results. There’s no quick fix, and even if there was, that wouldn’t be realistic to maintain.
