Hey there, it’s Danielle!

What a whirlwind of a week—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We just wrapped up a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend with the kiddos, and let me just say, I’m feeling extra grateful. Family, sunshine, and love—what more could a mama ask for?

Oh, and speaking of grateful... my ISLA triple barrel curling iron was almost completely sold out! We ran a special Mother’s Day promo, and the response was incredible. Thank you to everyone who grabbed theirs—I can’t wait to see your waves and tags online!

Right now, I’m writing to you from Utah, where I’m posted up at my mom’s house (yes, it’s been over three years since I’ve been back!) while Garrett kicks off his Man in the Arena Tour.

First stop: Salt Lake City. It’s going to be an epic year watching him tour across the country and share his mission with men who are ready to lead. And I’m loving getting a little extra family time in while we’re here.

On the podcast front, it's been a fire week.

On The Danielle K White Show:

I had the chance to sit down with the incredible Jennifer Stano, a true force in the beauty space. Her story is both raw and real—she opened up about how her breast implants were actually making her sick, the hard decision she made to remove them, and how that inspired her to launch her own supportive, beautiful bra line for women walking a similar path. It's such a powerful conversation—every woman should hear it.

If you haven’t listened to it yet, go check it out—it might just shift your perspective on health, beauty, and what it means to truly feel good in your body.

On Date Your Wife:

On the Date Your Wife podcast, Garrett and I sat down with the electrifying couple Eli and Bryn, whose story is anything but ordinary. What started with a glance in an Austin healing studio—complete with a cheetah-print moment and undeniable chemistry—unfolded into a raw, honest conversation about healing, self-discovery, and conscious love.

Eli opened up about his shift from shallow connections to emotional maturity and spiritual celibacy, while Bryn shared her courageous journey of leaving a 10-year marriage to rediscover herself and reclaim her voice. Together, they show what’s possible after you’ve done the inner work.

From breakups and Burning Man to soul awakenings and spiritual sex, this episode is a vulnerable, wild ride you don’t want to miss—especially if you’re navigating transitions or seeking deeper connection in your own relationship.

Looking Ahead:

As we roll into the weekend here in Utah, I’m already thinking about what’s next. We’ve got some powerful guests lined up for both shows, and I’ll be back next week to give you the full update.

Thanks for being part of the journey.

Love always,

Danielle
